Best webpage to learn C?

I'm already experienced in HTML and did some c++ a couple years ago. But have not programmed c++ in ages.

 

I just need to program some arduinos.

HTML and C don't really have anything in common though.

I personally don't think there is much point doing pure C, it's better to just go with C++, it's more compatible. I recommend the tutorials from tutorialspoint.com

Arduino is in c though.

Even if it was pure C, you could still use C++... in what extend, I don't know, it depends on how the scripting is made.
