$350 file server

I want to build a small inexpensive and power efficient file server for $350 and I'm going to be using free nas with a software raid setup for the server. I already have the processor and I already ordered the case so heres the parts I have so far. Anyone know what other parts I should get for the server?

Case: https://pcpartpicker.com/part/inwin-case-bp655fh200b

Processor: https://pcpartpicker.com/part/amd-cpu-ad5350jahmbox

ps: I do plan to be getting a better power supply for the server and not using the power supply that comes with the case and the reason for the limited budget is because I'm a student and am not going to be able to save up too much money.

Raid for what? raid0 or 1? either way I suggest WD Red drives and you'll need a drive or usb3.0 drive for the OS as FreeNAS locks the OS drive from being used as storage.

Other than that just get 8gb of ram assuming its less than 8tb of storage and a mobo with video out since it wont need a gpu, be sure to get 10/100/1000 ethernet port , and it wouldn't hurt to get usb3.0 on the board since the case lacks them.

Thanks I have plenty of old flash drives laying around and also the motherboard I'm looking at has usb 3.0 ports on the back http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-am1bitx

Well then I'm sorry, though that AM1 board still has 4 sata ports on it

the case I ordered has 2 hdd bays and a 5.25 inch bay that I can add another 1-2 hdds in with a hot swap bay I figured I'm not going to be needing more then 2 hdds for a raid 1 configuration and a ITX case would be the best suited for where I'm putting the server

Ya, the one I have has 8 internal 3.5" bays, that build is built to be a NAS, could always return that case lol

I figured I could go with a smaller case because the most sata ports you can get on any board for the AM1 socket is 4 sata ports and thats only on that one Asrock one all the rest of the AM1 boards have 2 ports

Right but 2 ports is pretty limiting for a NAS, and you could have gone with an Elite 110 build, that case is super tiny and has support for up to 3 hard drives

Yah I should have probably looked a bit deeper into what case I should have gotten I'll just get a 5.25 inch to 3.5 inch bay adapter for my Inwin case I ordered
