I would like to watch a review of the Arduino, but I don't know what he could review since the Arduino itself can't really do anything without programming and I don't think that programming is content, that would fit in the concept of the channel.

This sounds way off LTT content area. Taran is best for it but I doubt reviewing just Arduino will cut it. It would be something with bigger tinkering project or comparing Arduino with RPi and other such alternatives.
