You have two options - an i3 6100 with a R9 380 or a i5 6400 with a GTX 950.

 

Generally, the i3 build will perform better but you can't go wrong with the four real cores of the i5.

 

Although if you could spare an extra $50 or so, an i5 6400 and R9 380 combo would be a very nice pair.
