USB SOUND CARD ELECTRICAL INTERFERENCE HELP!!!!

Somebody please help me without knowing i purchased a USB Sound Card from ebay. "Made" by a company called SYBA http://www.sybausa.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=695 after purchasing and plugging it in i realised that 1. i got cheated by the seller 2. SYBA lied about their "product". Reason being it said it was a "Generic USB Audio Device" and what made me soooo mad is that it worked that was fine i use both mic input and output but when i recorded mic i could hear a REALLY LOUD ELECTRICAL INTERFERENCE AKA HISSING in the background. So can somebody please help me solve this? Also doing research i have found that SYBA's "USB SOUND CARD" is identical to many other branding that have made it and i have a generic one ;( somebody please help me!!!!!>:(

They are magnet rings you may have seen before, but you may need a USB extension cord or try it around your 3.5mm cord.
