Should have been using google docs dat autosave is killer.

you sure thier was no other signs before this that is was failing?

and don't buy a SSHD thier just bad investments period.

is the drive not spinning at all?

could be damaged.

could try a repair shop.

although just use your backup and recover the data.

since the drive is a laptop drive i cant really tell if it is spinning also yeh no other signs as far as i could tell

the harddrive light on my case is still flashing but all that would account for is my ssd/boot drive right ???

Hey there :)

Could you post a screenshot of your Disk Management? Can you access the drive at all? Do you see it in Device Manager or in BIOS?

The drive or the SSD cache may have failed. I'd contact the manufacturer for some suggestions and for a testing utility. Have in mind that if the damage is physical, any testing may further damage the drive.
