Wireless mouse + xbox one controller

Hi. So I have a windows one wireless controller (original) and the dongle from it (from the microsoft store) and I got a wireless mouse SteelSeries Sensei wireless.

 

The problem is that these two somehow interfere with each other and if I use them both at once, and then turn off the controller, the mouse will "crash" and it'll start beeping with every move. There's no way of fixing that other than a hard reset. 

Any ideas how to fix that? 

It was fine for many months, but recently I've disconnected the dongle to use on a different computer and now this is happening...
