*p.s I'm not planning to overclock my PC that's why I didn't pick any cooler

I think you should buy an un-overclocked graphics card, overclock it yourself and use the money saved there to buy an overclocking CPU and overclock.

It'll come with a stock fan since its not a K series, or at least it should.

might wanna swap the v300 for something else, its not a good ssd. the sp550 is better at a similar price. don't listen to @LynxThe1st, intel didn't pair it up with a stock cooler just to have it overheat all the time. also, the cx600 is not good for a pc of this price, try for something better.

If you don't want to do that, it's fine. Id suggest buying a 2 x 8gb kit rather than two single 8 gig sticks.
Doesn't always happen but even from the same company and model, ram can have issues.

you cant overclock your cpu even if you wanted to anyway lol

stock cooler will do you just fine (speaking from experience)

1) get a dual channel ram kit, i recommend going with hyper x or vengeance lpx, skylake is picky with ram so best not to fool around `-`

2) v300 is a bad ssd, get the samsung 850 evo

3) might wanna consider changing the gtx 970 to an r9 390, it performs better in DX11 and much better in DX12, or wait for pascal in a month or two

4) bad psu, get an evga G2 550W or 650W, the P2 is fine too for 650W

5) monitor price not included btw `-` and should get an ips unit since you're staying on 60hz anyway, might as well get good colours

You can change out the motherboard to something cheaper imo as you aren't going to overclock is doesn't justify the price. (I could be wrong on this)

The monitor is pretty small and if you plan on gaming fps games save your pennies and get a 144hz.

Both your harddrives doesn't have too much capacity and you save quite a bit on buying something bigger as the bigger the capacity the less you pay for each GB.

 

Only my opinion though.

The PSU needs to be changed - Corsair's CX series are not up to par in quality to be paired with a GTX 970. You'll fare much better with a SeaSonic or XFX 500W.

 

The SSD is rubbish. Grab an A-data SP550 instead.
