It's not. You can get an R9 380 for $160 which is better than the GTX 960. Let me whip up a build real quick.

What GTX 960 do you have, and are you willing to give him a reasonable price rather than ripping him off? ($180 is a ripoff)

Asus. it overclocks like a beast and I was going to do that. plus on that parts list you made it didn't include a monitor and keyboard and mouse.

Builds generally don't include those parts unless specified. No one includes peripherals/OS by default. Also, Asus doesn't tell me enough. I need model # because it could be the 2GB or 4GB version. The 2GB used version I could see selling for $140 and the 4GB used could sell for $170. Friend prices should be even lower.

edit: and I now see you included it in the OP. I'll re-do the build. Here it is with the keyboard and monitor (assuming K&B means keyboard), and assuming you're willing to give your friend a reasonable price on the GTX 960 and it's an asus GTX 960 2GB DCIIOC (reference or ITX GTX 960s I would value even less)(yes I know you probably paid way more, but you can get a decent R9 380 2GB for $150-160 which is better, so if you charged more you wouldn't be able to sell your GTX 960.)
