New GPUs variants

Hello!

 

We all know the new GPUs from

nvidia are coming this year (i don't know in how much time). And we all know that EVGA, Asus, MSI, Zotac, Gigabyte are doing variants of the actual cards (exemples: 970, 980, 980ti). My question today is: will these companies will do some variants to the new GPUs? And if so, when will they come out (approximately)? At the same time of the references or a month later?

Sorry for the ignorance, but did a website or something said that they will perform really well for gaming?
