If you boot into windows using your SSD and then connect the HDD after does it show up on file explorer?

If i boot windows using my SSD works but if i connect the HDD after dont show up on file explorer.

and if i boot windows  using my SSD on primary boot + Harddrive on secondary dont work pops up that image of windows try to open. and never open.
