2Graphics Card + Monitors?

So I was just wondering since I want to use a 32" tv (that isnt in use anymore) as a second screen would I be able to have my GTX 750TI run my main monitor then an my integrated intel HD Graphics run my TV "monitor"?

 

Second Question:

Would I be able to overclock a TV's hz the same as a monitors?

Linus did a video a while back about overclocking a monitor with Nvidia Control Panel would it work with a TV as well?

yes, just enable igpu in your bios, normally the bios will disable it if it detects dgpu

It's not a particularly powerful card. I'm assuming he wants to playsgames on the main monitor, a second one would rob a lot of his computing power

Running a second monitor off the same card wouldn't impact performance much, if at all. I had a 750ti and I ran 2 monitors with no performance issues at all.
