Xonar DX High Profile Bracket

Hi, I need High Profile Bracket for Xonar DX, does anyone know how to get it?

it should have been packaged with both. the regular profile one attached to it and the low profile as an optional one included with the package

I bought used Xonar DX with only low profile bracket.

you have a few options.

 

call asus for a replacement

 

bend the tab where the screw holds the bracket in place, so you can put the card in without a new bracket.(or just remove the bracket and don't use one)

I'd be careful with this one so it doesn't fall out or short something.

 

or shearme's suggestion and drill one out for the card.

Nobody answered the phone. It was machine, and it tell me that i need to look to service on the internet which doesn't work.

Now i called and I choose desktop helping center, and guy said they don't have such things and asus can't help me with that. Maybe i should sell that card.
