Building Procedure

Hello,

 

So after you guys have selected your components and have them in front of you how do you go about building up the computer?(Also, How did you check that they were compatible and that they fit inside the case?) What tools do you use?

Pcpartpicker is a great tool to check if your components are compatible.

 

Building the PC itself really is much easier than you might think. There are some nice tutorials on Youtube that cover basically everything you need to know about assembling a computer.

Assemble your rig outside of the case to make sure all your components work first. Then get to installation in the case. The only tools I really use are a Phillips head screwdriver and some wire snips to trim zip ties.
