Three things:

-You cannot overclock the i5 4690K with a H97 motherboard. Either get a Z97 and a decent aftermarket cooler or get a i5 4590 instead.

-The Corsair CX500M's quality is not suitable to paired with a R9 280X. Get a SeaSonic or XFX PSU instead.

-Consider going Skylake since prices are similar to Haswell's. A i5 6500 with DDR4 RAM would be your best bet.

To be honest, I would get a cheaper keyboard and headset combo and upgrade down the road. I would put more money towards a better psu and gpu

You sure you don't want the G810? The G910 is just so big and unwieldy. Otherwise your build seems great. Maybe you could try get a 390? Seems fine to me though. Also, you won't be able to overclock your CPU, so maybe look into another CPU and Motherboard.

I highly recommend you to ditch out the Logitech G910 and get the G810. The g910 is too childish imo. Otherwise, get the Strafe RGB.
