I'm quite sure the other european layouts have the exact same button layout but you'd need to get different keycaps for quite a few keys to make it look like UK keyboard. If you can use the keyboard without looking at it you could just set the OS keyboard layout to UK and it would work just fine with any other european layout.

If you can get your hands on a custom keycap set(WASDkeyboards make good ones), you could get the german layout, it has the same size, shape and number of keys, just different labels:

I was just posting this in your other thread, but that got deleted, so

 

From the pure buttons anything ISO is close to the UK layout, which means french, german and nordic.

Out of those 3 I would probably say nordic because IIRC they have QWERTY instead of AZERTY or QWERTZ. However neither of those have the special characters on the same location, and you are going to type those out of memory.
