Would that power supply be enough for an i5 4690K and a R9 380X

Yup, it's more than enough OP!

You guys are not late. I'm thinking about getting it. My psu is decent but makes to much noise. It ramps up the fan while gaming on 100% fan load. I'm thinking about getting either a keybord or that psu. Current PSU is: CM Elite V2 550W

Well i run 4 case fans , 2cpu fans , 3HDD's and 1SSD Ah yeah and 1m led strip. That's all.
