When using my laptop the WiFi I am often connect to blocks so much content it's almost unusable. I have an unlimited data plan with my sim card, but my laptop doesn't have a sim card slot. (Its a toshiba satellite with an upgraded 850 EVO SSD) What I want to do is be able to shut my phone off, remove the sim, and use it with my laptop. Is there a way to do this easily? I'm on AT&T and my phone is an S6 so I can't just make a hotspot sadly.

I'm on AT&T, but as far as I know my plan doesn't support creating hotspots, so I'd like to find one that AT&T won't find out about. ;) By that do you mean 3rd party or from AT&T?
