EFFICIA

After seeing the video about Tarans OVER 9000!!! macros I decided since I am going to a school were I have to code anyways I could show off this project to my teachers and help other peeps.

Development Status: W.I.P. (Working on GUI elements)

Ok. I know maybe there are other solutions for this problem but I would like to make it more easy for peeps like Taran who are video editors and shouldn't have to worry about such stuff as macro coding in AHK or HidMacro.

I am making this post because I want to ask you, the community (and maybe Taran [If you read this Taran; keep up the good work dude!]), to help me bring this project to the light of day!

If you want to help maybe post some ideas below!

I am currently working on the GUI so if you have an idea about how I should handle setup of macros, dont be afraid of telling me below :)

(sry for the bad english im from Austria (not Australia)

PS: Right now I need to know how to implement stuff, in other words if it should be a window where you can setup macros or an icon in the task bar.

I am gonna link this topic to the video Taran made about his macro setup. Maybe he can tell me how he, as a professional who has such things in his arsenal, would like this to be.

Why do you wanna invent a bycicle again? There's already software to do that. The only reason I see is to have some personal features, but this can be solved by collaborating with developers.

Well ok i see your point.

If you want to make it real and do a school (or what ever it is) project, try making this UI with something like AutoIt or even Delphi.

They are easy-to-learn languages, the last one also has a visual editor for creating some UI elements and attaching functions to them.

Basically, you just need to hook event when one key (or more) is pressed and associate some action with it. Every key has it's one code, so it's easy.
