Laptop RAM upgrade problem

I have an old laptop HP G62-a12ev and i wanted to upgrade its RAM. It had installed a 2gb 2xr8 pc3 10600s. I bought 8gb (2x4gb) ddr3L 1600 sodimm HyperX to upgrade but after i install the memory and i can see in bios 8gb Ram on my system windows 7 doen't boot! It says that hardware changed and need repair but nothing after that shows the logo and back to that screen! I tried to find if i can lower frequency from bios (somehow) but there isnt any opion on bios. Is there anything else i can do?

*It runs win7 64bit home premium and after installing back stock ram it works fine...

Did you try 1 stick of 4GB

Yes and i got blue screen! They are paired rams; so i think they only work together(not sure for that)

The ram may be too fast for that computer to handle. Have you tried your old sticks again?

no, that's not how it works

it's possible the new RAM module(s) is damaged - download and run MemTestx86

Yep! Old stick works perfect and laptop boots windows and everything works...

I cant open windows with the new sticks so i cant run MemTestx86

according to the crucial website the specs on the ram you bought should work, but laptops are picky, i had the same problem with my laptop, i had to return sticks twice before ordering direct from crucial.

but i would try running memtest on your sticks ,at least it can get to the bios, mine wouldnt even boot up

memtest is ran from a USB thumb drive (or CD) you boot from, not from within windows

you need to go in windows, or use some other PC, only to create the bootable media

Edit: memory is ok! I dont know what else to do...!
