I have no idea what GPUs you are talking about, all the board partners have different models, they can be the reference design, non-reference cooler but reference PCB or completely custom cooler and PCB.

 

Something similar or the MSI Lightning is probably the best air cooled 980ti.

 

Something like the EVGA Hybrid or MSI Hydro GFX I'd imagine would be better than an aftermarket generic CPU AIO to GPU AIO adapter things.
