You're spending an awful lot on things that you really shouldn't. Instead of relying solely on an SSD, just get a 240GB SSD and a 1TB HDD for mass storage. You really don't need to access media files at SSD speeds. Also, you're spending a shitload and getting only a locked i5. At this price and with this budget, you could step up to either an i7-6700k or an i7-5820k depending on your needs. Lastly, the 980ti is overkill for 90% of users. Unless you have a 4k monitor, it's going to be overkill. It won't drive a 144hz panel anyway with that CPU in demanding games. Let me whip up a cheaper $1k-1.2k build that can do all that and more for less cost.

Okay, so I kept things a bit overboard except for the GPU because you didn't tell us what monitor you had. The R9 390 can still max out every game right now at 1080p 60hz, which is probably what you have, but just in case I made sure the motherboard supports dual GPUs and the PSU can handle another, or you can simple swap out the R9 390 for the 980ti and come in at around the same price as your build, but with a much more powerful CPU, more storage space, and much more balanced.
