Will i be able to run the Elgato HD60S?!

So, im planning on doing more youtube videos and MAYBE streaming alittle in the future (mostly videos tho). I was planning on getting the HD60 Pro, but this looks better in my case. So, will i be able to run the Elgato HD60S and the software well?

I5 4590

GTX 970 SSC (although, not really planning on doing much PC gameplay)

8gbs of Ram

Windows 10 Home

and i have 2 USB 3.0s in the front

Also, can someone tell me what are the main differences between the HD60 Pro and HD60S? Thanks:)
