shin etsu would be the TIM of my choice. Same temps as the AS5, no burn in, and doesn't "glue" like MX-4.

And much more pretty much if if has good reviews than its good most preform within a few degrees of each other

Use what ever you want. If you want a personal recommendation I always use MX 4 and it's good stuff.
