headphone config problems

hi everyone i have recently just needed to change my settings for my realtek hd audio program to get my headphones to work and cant figure it out they were working now there not ? works on my tv and ipad but as soon as i insert the cable into the front ports or the rear ports it cuts out and cant here anything ? it shows that theres a miniscule amount of sound but cnt hear it .

 

i have set the settings to turn off left and right speakers when headphones are plugged in bbut no luck !.

 

didnt know if any one can help me or if someone has had a similar problem with some settings advice. thanks again
