So this is the board I'm eyeing up: ASRock EP2C602-4L/D16 it looks like a standard 2011 socket. So can any cooler fit? I'm probably going to go with a single tower noctua cooler.

Yes. It looks like standard 2011 socket, so any compatible cooler should fit.
