looking for desk

Currently i have a terrible glass 3 piece desk and its always becoming a hazel to clean and the size is really inconvenient becuse its a corner desk, but i would like a nice wooden black desk to hide cable and to make it more convinyet to hide cables at a price of 200 - 400$ (CA) -Thanks!

Plywood and 2x3s at home depot an option?
