There is the graphics card because it is my understanding that the Xeon processor doesn't have integrated graphics

Also correct me if I'm wrong, but i don't think Xeons come with a heatsink, and do you think i need another

Looks solid, but why not go with a CX430 instead? It'll save you $20 and you still won't fully use it.

Also, you can get a Xeon with integrated graphics, the E3-1225 v3. I'd recommend going with Haswell instead, since you'll get better power consumption and performance.

This one has integrated graphics and costs about $30 more but will save you $30 on the GPU, and you'll get the latest processor tech.

What's the server for?

Xeons that end with a 5 have integrated graphics. Ones that end with 0 don't.

From the newegg feedback, it sounds like it comes with the stock cooler.

It will be used mostly for running a website and maybe hosting a minecraft server sometimes, but mainly a website

Ahh, a modern pentium should have no problem with that. There are hosting websites that still host with pentiums.
