Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 Not Rendering

For some reason when i tried to export my adobe project the export windowed output keep showing "Rendering..." but it has been like this for more like 5mins usually before which is like a 3 weeks ago since i used adobe premiere pro it was working fine but when I try to render using "export" it will just get stuck on 0% for some old reason and this is same when i use media encoder as it will show it encoding but the progress get stuck on 0%. This is a bug or what?

Maybe try a clean install of the application.  Re-install it, although I know that's a bit off a b*tch to do.

Is there another options as im going to reinstall windows at end of the week...

I'd say this is your best choice, but if you're going to do a clean install of Windows, that works too.  Just install it back when you're done re-installing Windows.

 

What's your specs?

Are you using DBAN on your HDD to wipe it completely, or just clean installing Windows on your SSD?

Just reset premiere pro preferences by double clicking on the premiere pro icon and holding Shift+Alt it will reset premiere pro preferences.

Well getting a new Samsung evo for my PC so im gonna do clean install on new SSD and use the old on for my laptop.
