Hello I have a question about the old-style of PCI, which is going to be important for me in a retro gaming PC thing (aka. "Upgrade your Grandma's computer into a 90s gaming PC")

For various reasons it looks like I have to use a PCI graphics card as opposed to an AGP one which would obviously be much better.

I think this in itself will not be an issue, but I have a question regarding bandwidth.  My PC has five PCI slots, and I have read online that PCI runs at 133 MB/s which should be fine considering this is what the card is designed for.  However, I need to know if this bandwidth will be shared between all five slots, or if they each get the full 133 MB/s.  Or will the bandwidth only be shared based on how many I use, similarly to PCI-e lanes.

My CPU is a Pentium II at 266 MHz (Slot 1) model and the computer runs Windows 98 SE if either of those are important.  It's a Dell Dimension.

If you need any more information that is fine.

Thanks very much for the help, Tommy59375
