Laptop suggestions?

My old Toshiba satellite laptop just isn't cutting it anymore and has lots of issues, so I'm looking for a new laptop. I'll mainly be doing photo editing and graphic design, as well as web browsing and general student things. No gaming. Best suggestions for under like $500 US?

Lenovo Ideapad 720s 14 inch ------ One day I'll have a desktop again...

That doesn't matter. 8700P is their new Carrizo APU - it's IPC is not as low as their older ones

That's what Turbo Boost is for. 1.8 is the base, 2.8 is the boost IIRC
