Good Evening. I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card. I haven't built or modded a PC since Gateway was their own company. So, here's what I got in the form of a Dell XPS 8700 from July 2013, Dell Service Tag 32WMHX1.

AMD M209A

I7-4770, 3.4, 86W, 4C, LGA

460W PS

What card can I upgrade to? I can't find anything on the MB.

Rob

I have no issue upgrading the power. I just need to know what I can install for the graphics card. I'm out of touch, and there's a lot of stuff out there, that I don't understand, at least terminology wise. Especially with the non-descript info I get from Dell.

Usually Dell machines from experience have no compatibility issues with new GPUs. I did up a friend's machine around 12 months back which was a C2D Dell Optiplex SFF and it worked fine with a new CPU and a 750Ti. No compatibility issues at all.

idk

Cool, thanks Droidbot. I'll look at the 750Ti tomorrow.

Cannot go wrong with the 750ti...check the 104 dollar zotac 750ti
