Anyone ever tried processor undervolting? It's actually surprisingly effective if you want your processor to run cooler and maintain stock performance.

My Xeon X5460 was previously running at a stock Vcore of 1.25V and would in a short period of time get quite hot at 82 degrees Celcius when running IntelBurnTest.

Now it's running rock-solid stable at 1.0875V and now it's about 68 degrees C under load.
