Help needed to boot to Windows

Go to solution Solved by I Hendrycks I,

Sorry for the double post. Apparently enabling CSM and disabling Secure Boot might work. Let me know how it goes.

Hello everyone, Ive had an issue on my computer after updating the bios where i cannot boot into Windows on my HDD anymore. I have a Gigabyte Brix Pro i5 4570R which originally had a bios version F5 but after updating it to F7, it just keeps re-entering the bios. The bios displays itself as being version F7 so the update should have worked properly but when I look for boot devices it cannot find my HDD. When I go to SATA Configuration, it can still detect the HDD so it shouldn't be an problem with the HDD itself. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Note: I used these steps to update my bios

In the BIOS have you tried resetting to optimized defaults?

Yes I have but it doesn't do anything. All it appears to change is how the system will perform.

Have you made sure that your BIOS SATA setting is set to the same setting it was in before? If your SATA config was set to IDE, AHCI or RAID?

Are you getting any errors or anything or does the computer just turn on and immediately go to the BIOS?
