Does anyone have any suggestions whats worth to check? I didnt care about health for a long time even though I felt bad. Now I want to check as much as possible

Best to see what your doctor thinks. The more studies you have done on your blood, the more expensive it is. I had a lot of experimental stuff that I was fortunate enough where my insurance covered most of it.

Talk to your Doctor about any concerns of your health. I know as I got older I finally started to care about my health and finally started going to my Doc. Don't wait until the last minute to see your Doc about anything as it's always better to catch something early before it's too late.
