Title explains it......I've never got into overclocking and don't know what i'm doing.... I watched the tech quickie overclocking guide but am still confused.....Pc specs below -  my x4 955 is running st 3.20ghz  heres a screenshot of my overclocking thingy'

I'm confused as to whats safe and not....people say you can blue-screen in videos, warning me about it....If i do... how do i get out of it? Bios?

Am i suppose to change voltage? Or not? Whats the safest moderate overclock for the 955? Again i'm newbie

Try 20X multiplier (4GHz) and 1.45V

Then give it a test. Most 955s can do 4 but K10 tends to top out just after that.

I'ma go a little slower than that like 0.5x at a time with 3 minuet tests

Suit yourself. I find that a waste of time. I just go straight for the average and work from there :P

What dose bluescreening mean? Will it just shut down?

But it won't damage anything

no it won't, unless you are crazy and go like 5 gHz first try.
