Steam game start problem

Hello, my friend is having problems starting his steam game and asked me to post a thread in this forum.

Once he is starting the game Unturned, it says that the game is running for a few seconds and it just stays in steam library. What I mean is that there's no windows or black screen errors.

 

What he has tried:

Uninstalling and installing both steam and Unturned.

Unturned - Properties - Local Files - Verify Integrity of Game Cache.

End steam from task manager. 

Installing DirectX

 

Can it be drivers?
