A PC, mac is well built but not reliable and not faster then a regular PC mostly good for video rendering

Also user friendly I guess you can say to the guy

Everything about Mac OS and OSX Laptops vs their Windows and Windows laptops.

 

I'm going for a sales interview in 2 hours and I'm not familiar with Mac OS. What are some points I need to know for Macs? (I only know Windows). For example, if the interviewer asks: "A customer comes up to you and asks for advice on purchasing either a Mac or PC, how would you answer it?"

Macs in general are higher quality, as @Youbetternot stated, than a windows counter part do to their full or semi aluminum unibody.  As for OSX, tell them it's Unity based and very easy to understand and learn.  Macs have a higher resolution screen, most of the time, and are also good for video editing, 3D project rendering, and other exotic softwares than any other laptop/AIO.  Conversely, if they want to play games and be productive, then they should be looking at a windows device.
