How does linus make his graphs?

How does Linus make the graphs he uses in videos where he needs to show benchmark results or FPS/$, etc?

I've asked this question before, and many replied, "Excel", and if that is the case, How do i do it!?

Pretty sure its just a graph style in excel.

mostly excel with default background choices, but you can also do that in Photoshop & adobe  illustrator if you want to really customize it

Older graphs (as seen in R9 290 video) were done in Excel and then placed into PowerPoint slide with Enthusiasm template (at least I think that is its name). Then through the saving dialog, they were saved as pictures and added to a video.

 

Newer graphs (as seen in R9 Nano video) were probably also done in Excel, but now they used new styling with a nicer font. Then they copied them to PowerPoint/other program, chose some image as a background, saved as pictures and added to video with around 60% opacity.
