I guess just that with the photos you provided anyway, it appears to be a floating counter top modified to fit a narrow book shelf through it, having no visible legs but also not being attached to the wall due to the led lighting around the edge.. It looks neat

Haha if only I was that creative it is actually a very lucky find I got on Craigslist for $30. There are two slim supports on both ends of the desk and the middle is built in. Sorry for not including a picture of the full desk. It is a pain to move around though.

Lol.. well.. clearly the focus of the thread is on the pc not the desk.. was just saying it looks cool.
