Auto Motion plus?

So, I'm gonna be controversial.

Why not use a display (Namely, tv) which uses motion interpolation? I mean, apart for competitive gaming in which every millisecond is important. For every other type of gaming isn't it a good way to get smooth immersive feel and look without a super powered PC?

The added latency is massive... Even for normal gaming or even web browsing it's unbearable for me.
