Mechanical Switch Durability?

BananaKnight

I would like to ask the community if anyone has ever used a mechanical keyboard until one of the switches fail (Any Switch) .Because I see many threads that say Kailh switches are not worth it because of its inferior quality. First of all, please refrain if your argument is that Kailh switches does not feel as good or has inconsistent feeling switches, because many first-timers do not know how cherry switches feel like yet, as for inconsistencies everyone's mileage may vary by personal sensitivity or whatnot. So the other commonly stated difference is its durability, thus the title of this thread

Mechanical keys never failed on me, rubber dome did on several occasions (plus they get mushy with time).
