Will Arctic Cooling MX4 be good for it?

And can i use vodka to clean the old thermal paste?

Now way a i5 6600k gets that hot just because the pc is dusty or the tim old.

Yeah haha xD I bought it used for 380 euros. Rest of the specs:

GTX 680

16gb ram

Samsung 840 Pro 250gb

Seagate 2tb

Corsair 300r case

Corsair CX500 psu
