Will Arctic Cooling MX4 be good for it?

And can i use vodka to clean the old thermal paste?

Either your pump doesnt work, your cooler isnt seated right, your fans dont work, you live in a vulcano  or you pump like 1.5v through that chip.

Now way a i5 6600k gets that hot just because the pc is dusty or the tim old.

dont use vodka as it has many impuritys
