PC stoped working would like help

So I just got a new hard drive and went to put it in how ever I need to move some stuff around I thought that it would be find how ever once everything was in place my PC would not get power so I put if all back to where it was and still nothing would love some help

Did you check that all the cables are plug in correctly?

 

Could you have unplug the power button from the motherboard while you were fiddling with the cables?

I recommend checking your PSU to assure you didn't accidentally turn the on switch to off first. If you are trying to do a basic file transfer from one HDD to another, I would also recommend just using a flash-drive and selecting the files you want moved over. The question you're asking isn't quite clear, sorry I couldn't be much help. Good luck!
