So.... My brother thought it would be a good idea to unplug my 24 pin connector on custom build and I realized, pluged it in and the pc wouldn't turn on. So I unplugged the power supply and went through all that. But, my headphones are on connected thouugh USB into the motherboard so that tells me it isn't the psu. Any suggestions and btw I checked all the single pin plugs in the bottom...

Why would he do that? If he had the patience to do that he may have unplugged something else too. Does anything beep? (POST) Also do any fans spin?

Check you MOBO manual. The beep signifies either the computer is posting ok or a specific problem ie memory etc

Can you post full system specs
