Be quiet Dark rock pro 3

Hit there im currently looking to upgrade my cpu cooler for my i7 4790k from its current 4.2ghz but looking for a suitable replacement i currently have a akasa nero 3 i am looking to get the dark rock pro 3 and wondering how much better this will preform  than my current cpu cooler and what possible overlock i should look to be getting

Well. You are going from 120mm single tower to 140mm dual tower. Its about doubling cooling area. You are going to have about 65-70C max temps under stock clocks. Maybe even 60C.
