Should i get this moped?

I found what appears to be a good deal, but I'm unsure how much it would cost to fix the few problems. Ideas?

Normally the missing bits would be relatively cheap but as it's not a common model supply might be difficult. Mirrors and indicators are easy enough but look on eBay for the exhaust or see if it is the same as any other models... Also bear in mind that if it's a two stroke then you won't be able to see it running right as the expansion area in the exhaust is required to help pull the exhaust gases out and fresh charge in. Looks cheap enough to be worth a punt if you can find the exhaust.

The Craigslist listing said it was just missing the muffler heat sheild, not the entire exhaust.

 

Then i found mirrors.

Sorry dude, misread that. So you could get away without the heat shield or see if you can buy just that. Though one word of caution, exhaust heat and road grot do not make for easy to remove bolts. 

 

As far as the mirrors go, from that eBay listing it said they were m8 threads so you can also find generic mirrors with the m8 thread (all euro and jap machines will either be m8 or m10).
