My computer made a popping sound and the monitor went black, all the fans in the computer went to 100%, i turned it off and back on again then it flashed bios for 1 second then turned off the computer again. after this i tried many times to turn it on and the pc would turn on but not display anything and the fans were staying at 100%. i then took my Graphics card to someone else house and put it in there computer to check it, once again in a different computer it did the same thing, the speaker beeped 3 times then 1 long beep which ment the gpu has failed. i sent in the card for an rma and the company told me that there is nothing wrong with it and are charging me for wasting there time, what do i do. it was clearly broken and i have witness that know it was broken but the company keeps hanging up on me when they find out who i am, i tried contacting AMD and they basically said they dont care

Is everything properly connected to the card?

I did make sure its pluged in properly and also to add ive had 3 different graphics cards in my pc sent then and they all work, but the only real problem i have is that they said nothing is wrong with it and they are sending it back.

Is there any way you can put your friend's graphics card into your PC to ensure it functions there too?

As mentioned i have used 3 other graphics cards during the time mine has been so called tested by the company, the card i had was a SAPPHIRE R9 270X. ive had a r7 250, gtx 660 and gtx 970 in my pc and none of them have broken and all work well

Your post confused me.

Since you're not getting any help, once you get the card back, I would look at the backside of the PCB to see if you can see any damage. If you can't, take off the cooler to look for physical damage.

Ok so when i get it if it still doesnt work what do i do. amd doesnt want to know about it and the company i bought it from wont answer my emails or calls

Take it to the law. If there is damage to the card and they're stating it functions, they're lying and not honoring your warranty at all....If you have a warranty.
