Hey guys,

it is save to transport a pc upright in a car with a huge (and quite heavy) tower cooler? or is it better to transport it lying on its side?

Lying on its side is probably safer. No cantilevers this way.

Also loads and impact will be spread out on a bigger area.

I'm going to pretend I was the first to reply....

 

At the very least, lay it on its side so this are less likely to get strained. If you want to be super careful remove the big things (GPU, cooler, HDD) but aint nobody got time for that >_>
