help with overclocking

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone could help me with overclocking my system? I am a complete noob when coming to overclocking.

I have recently bought a system set-up amd a6 6400k black edition, 8gb ddr3 1600mhz on an asus a88xm-a motherboard.

i am looking to overclock to a decent level for now until i can do a complete upgrade of my system, with a new apu (probably a10) and a new gpu.

My cpu runs at 3.9ghz stock and memory is at standard level, so any extra increase will be great as i am playing CS:GO and BF4 so would like a little extra juice for playing until i get new components.

4.5GHz / 1.4V (disable turbo core) and set LLC to high in digi+ power settings.

See how that goes. Will run on stock cooler.

I got a stable 4.5ghz overclock with stock cooler running at 1.46V I have just bought a cooler master hyper 103 cooler, so i am hoping to maybe put a bit more into the overclock.

I was wondering is it possible to safely overclock the the apu's graphics? (HD 8470D running at 768mb) as i am getting a little lag from games every now and then and i want to up the frame rate so games are smoother until i can upgrade to a decent FM2+ cpu and dedicated gpu.
